This policy explains how Lush Looks E-Store accesses, uses, stores and protects information when you use the Android application — a skincare catalogue and local shopping-planning app for users in Pakistan.
The app allows you to enter or edit:
The app stores favourites, cart contents, profile details, delivery address and locally generated order references on your device.
Checkout uses a Cash on Delivery presentation. The reviewed build does not transmit orders to a seller, create a remote customer account or process a real payment.
User-entered profile and shopping information is saved in the app's private local storage using Android preferences, and is not intentionally transmitted to Lush Looks or stored on a server.
Depending on device and Google backup settings, local app data may be included in an OS-managed device backup.
The app uses internet access to download product and promotional images from third-party image hosts, including Pexels and Unsplash.
When your device requests an image, the relevant host may receive standard connection information such as your IP address, request time, requested image URL and basic network or device information. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Contact buttons may open your installed email or phone application. No message or call is made until you take action in that external application.
Information you send is handled by your selected communication provider as well as by Lush Looks for responding to your request.
The reviewed version requests internet access only.
It does not request access to your camera, microphone, precise or approximate location, contacts, SMS, call logs, phone state, calendar, gallery, media library or general file storage.
The reviewed build uses a Cash on Delivery display and does not collect card numbers, bank-account credentials, mobile-wallet credentials or government identification.
If electronic payment services are introduced later, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure will be updated first.
The reviewed version does not include advertising, behavioural advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the current app design. Local information is kept within Android's application sandbox, and remote images are requested over HTTPS.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Lush Looks E-Store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
If you believe a child has sent information to support, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
